The double room here was pretty small, but the beds were cozy and comfy. 🛏️ the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even sorting out some free parking for us.

Location near the restaurant and the breakfast, superb park and spa and the outskirts of Claremont Ferrand. A private safe, central heating, and a work desk available in the standard room. What an excellent staff.

I was happy with the hotel's convenient location near a park. the property was near the casino, restaurant, and breakfast. - It was a 10-15 minute walk from Saint Leger's Church of Royat. - Nothing too much trouble, I spent a really nice time here.

Room a bit small and could do with refurbishment. Bit dated. Breakfast was a bit meagre with limited choice. Though hotel had its own car park this seemed to be reserved for other guests and had to park on-street.

The view from the window was of a lovely street park which was a lovely local walk. The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent for visiting the Puy de Dome. I did not use the wi-fi but it was available.

Parking was available but right at the back of the hotel grounds up and down fairly steep streets.

The spot is awesome and the staff goes above and beyond to assist you. 🌟

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at a charming hotel in Royat. The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with elegant antique furniture and charming artwork throughout. It created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with well-lit corridors and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful. While the majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered a couple of instances where the young staff members seemed a bit distracted and not as eager to assist.

Comfortable and accommodating vibes all around 🙌 Stayed here for three nights and it was awesome! the room I got was spacious with a clean bathroom, which was a major plus. the price for the room was only £70, a great deal for what you get.

We enjoyed a lovely view of a street park from our window, which made for a pleasant local walk. the hotel also provided a good breakfast and a fan to help with the hot weather. it was a functional and comfortable stay at Le Chatel. Cons: All was good. 😊.
